Three night minimum stay, six bedroom minimum.
November - May: $175.00 per room, per night (Tax Included)
June - October: $135.00 per room per night (Tax Included)
December 20 - January 5 $225.00 per room per night (Tax Included)
Plus $500.00 refundable security. 50% deposit to secure reservation, balance due 30 days before arrival.
During Christmas season, all the bedrooms must be rented for a minimum of seven nights.
November 1, 2003 - May 31, 2004 $175.00 per rm/night(Tax Included)
June 1, 2004 - October 31, 2004 $135.00 per rm/nt (Tax Included)
December 20, 2003 -January 5, 2004 $2475.00 per nt (Tax Included)
