Tampa Condo Details
Amenities: Ceramic tile floors. Unit is approximately 1300 sq. ft. Heated freshwater pool, hot tub, tennis court, playground for children, BBQ grills, air conditioning, ceiling fans, wet bar, washer/dryer in unit, 3 cable TVs including new 27', 2 VCRs, games, private sheltered parking. Full kitchen including dishwasher, oven/stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, all dishes, utensils. Small appliances including coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, mixer, blender for those smoothies, frosties, Pina' Colada's or Margarita's! We have awesomely comfortable bedding and terrific water pressure.
More...: The view at night is outstanding - the pool and hot tub lights are mesmerizing and the lighted palms sway graciously in the breeze. Listen to the surf lull you to sleep! Small pets considered with additional deposit. Please smoke on the balcony only. Some Restaurants: THE GATHERING on Walsingham Rd. and THE FROG POND on Gulf Blvd. for breakfast or lunch, TOKYO BAY, down near the Don Cesar Hotel in St. Pete Beach. Try Grouper Tempura or Tori Katsu.
Activities: Cool feature: Sun Coast Trolley will take you from St. Pete Beach to Sand Key (Clearwater) daily with unlimited stops for one price! Swimming, fishing, skiing, boating, para-sailing, jet-ski. Packed sand is great for jogging or walking on the beach! Great Seafood! Many wonderful restaurants! Shopping at John's Pass! Many attractions! 90 minutes to Disney, Seaworld, and all of the attractions that are in Orlando and Kissimmee! More of our favorite restaurants: SALT ROCK GRILL - atmosphere! Go before 5:00 for extraordinary prices! Salmon on the grill - yum! MY PLACE - atmosphere and great entertainment by Mike Balisterri (check nights) CRABBY BILL'S - Seafood - great prices, family atmosphere SHELL'S - Seafood - really good. Try Smoked Fish Spread appetizer. THE PUB - down the street. Dine at the outside bar evenings and watch the Intracoastal. Don't miss TJ's PIZZA.
Ski: Water skiing may be available at Johns Pass in Madeira Beach or Clearwater Beach.
Golf: The closest course is about 3 miles in Largo.
Other Activities: Johns Pass is 8 miles south. Clearwater Beach is 5 mi north. Rentals & attractions are plentiful.
