With over 1400 square feet of modern townhouse at your disposal, your stay in luxury is almost guaranteed. Relax on the deck overlooking one of three pools for your use. Or do a short-short walk each day to the beach. Your pet is welcome on the beach with only a few restrictions. In the high season you may walk and play before 10:00am and then again after 5:00pm; the rest of the year is much more lenient. Or you may want to play tennis on the court within the complex. A short walk or bike ride takes you to Coligny Circle and all the amenities it affords. Like charming coffee shops and bakeries that make the morning walk or ride an adventure.
You are close enough to three wonderful food stores and shopping centers that you can bicycle if you desire. Wake up to the sun shining on the pool and a mere ten steps away from your deck. Plan golf outings on more championship golf courses than you can play in a week. Relax inside after a wonderful day on the beach with a TV and VCR/DVD in each of the three bedrooms and a TV/Stereo surround sound/CD/VCR/DVD player in the living room. Prepare any meal you wish in the complete kitchen with all the amenities of home and then some. Dishwasher, Microwave, Ice maker, Disposal, Blender, and much more. Eat in the dining room or be casual at the bar stools that line 12 feet of the open pass through between the kitchen and the living area. Free local phone service and digital HD cable TV in each room of the house, along with High Speed WIFI Broadband Internet service. Always be comfortable in the central heating and cooling system.
