Clear Creek House Summary

Luxurious 4 Bed/3 Bath Executive Pool Home just 14 minutes to Disney owned by us from new in 2001. Clear Creek is situated on the US-27 just 1 mile north of the action packed US-192, 12 minutes to the gates of Disney, handy for other theme parks, restaurants, shopping etc. & handy for the I-4 to connect to either coast. A 30' x 14' pool (optional heat on request) overlooks wooded conservation area to rear offering peaceful & secluded relaxation after a hard day at those theme parks. For the golfers there are approx. 10 great courses within 15 mins easy drive. PC with FREE High Speed Internet now installed. Just one of many guest comments - I just wanted to drop you a line & thank you for the wonderful accomodation. This was our 1st trip back to FLA since moving to Chicago from Tampa 7 years ago. Your villa was wonderful and provided a great reprieve from 'hotel life' during our 2 week stay across the State. We will be back - Ed Strange 360 tour available - please ask.

The villa boasts two beautiful living areas, a very well appointed lounge which also features sleeper sofa & a formal dining area, the second a family room complete with cable TV, DVD and VCR, overlooking the sparkling 30 x 14 screened pool that features a deck with ample patio furniture for you to unwind after a hectic day at those theme parks. The pool (optional electric heating on request) is not overlooked to the rear. Nothing has been forgotten in this 1935 sq. ft. villa. The luxury fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar features a large oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, fridge/freezer with ice maker plus all utensils and crockery for up to ten guests. The separate utility room includes washer, dryer and ironing facilities. All linen is provided, just turn up with your clothes!!! Don't forget we have a PC & FREE High Speed Internet for your use. ***There is a games room with table tennis, bar football (foosball) and electronic darts.***

Now with a PC & FREE HIGH SPEED internet. All living areas are fully air-conditioned and supplemented by ceiling fans. Lounge incorporates a queen sleeper sofa and a formal dining area, family room boasts upgraded cable TV/VCR. Patio doors lead to the 30' x 14' fully screened pool with ample patio furniture.

The fully fitted kitchen with separate laundry room has everything you will require, linens and towels provided, just bring clothing! Local management just a phone call away, there are free local calls. Wal-Mart is within 1 mile, pizza delivery, petrol, post office etc. at the entrance to development. Non smoking. BR B Activities: /B BR All the theme parks, great shopping, restaurants, golf all within easy reach.
