Beautiful ocean view two story duplex; turn key furnished. Lower level 3BR/2BA; upper 2BR/2BA; each sleeps 8+. This fantastic home was totally renovated in 1998. It has all new kitchens and baths with complete laundry facilities in each unit. The lower level unit is a large 3 bedroom/ 2 bath. The master bedroom features king size bed with full bath. Bedroom 2 has twin beds; bedroom 3 a queen bed. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. A large dining area as well as eat in kitchen with all amenities and upscale furnishings make this a very attractive rental. Catch ocean view and breezes from a large covered front porch. The upper unit with 12 foot ceilings has fabulous ocean views. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed as well as a double bed. Adjoining bath features double sink vanity, separate shower and tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and single bed with full adjoining bath.
