Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$500 (per week) reservation deposit required and is applied to total rental fee.
Final payment and security deposit of $400 is required 60 days prior to arrival. Security deposit is refundable with no damage & left in same condition as arrival.
An $175 cleaning fee and applicable state tax will be added to all rentals. Additional Cleaning Charge for monthly rental
Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposit and pre-payments are Non-Refundable, unless notice received 60 days prior to arrival.
Please check our availability calendar, as it is very helpful in selecting dates.
One week rental minimum preferred. Shorter rentals may have additional charges.
