Bella Vista is located in the hills of Cap Estate, an exclusive residential area of large villas. It enjoys breathtaking views of the Caribbean coastline and sea, hence the name 'Bella Vista'. Caribbean comfort is the first thing you will notice as you enter this simple but beautiful private home. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom (two with showers, one with tub). There are 4 twin beds and one king size bed. The twin beds may be made up as a king size bed upon request. The kitchen is well equipped. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and leads onto the central balcony where one can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. The living room has a Caribbean feel about it and contains a TV with cable vision, DVD player and stereo system with CD and cassette player. Set in a private outside terrace is a six person Jacuzzi. The private pool (18'x10') is surrounded by a partially covered pool area.

Bella Vista is located in a residential area named Cap Estate, in the quarter of Gros Islet. On a map of St. Lucia this would be at the very Northern tip of the island. Here one would find luxury homes, beaches, award winning resorts and property developments and the only 18 hole golf course on island with a 2nd one underway designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Area: Beaches, an 18 hole golf course, wonderful restaurants and shopping facilities are about a five minutes drive away. The rental includes a housekeeper who in addition to keeping the house clean, would be happy to prepare simple local meals for you. Her usual working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. Bella Vista is about 4 miles from the popular area of Rodney Bay - home of fine restaurants, bars, pubs and entertainment. Castries, the island's capital is only a 25 minute drive away.

Amenities: Pool (10' x 18'), Out Door 6 person Jacuzzi, Air-conditioned bedrooms, hot and cold water, telephone, Cable TV, VCR, Stereo system, Fully equipped kitchen, Gas BBQ grill, Safe, bed linen and towels, Housekeeper/cook 5 days a week, 9am - 3pm. Soufriere, home of the world famous Pitons and drive-in volcano is about one and half hours drive away.

Activities: Local attractions nearby include: golf, beaches, horse back riding, hiking trails, Pigeon Point (national trust park) and watersport activities.
