Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $100 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee. $200 Refundable Security Deposit.
1/2 Deposit with Balance due 10 business days before arrival.
Winter Holidays & 2 weeks at Christmas $250/night (3 night minimum stay required)
Ski Friday & Saturday $190.00/night
Ski Sunday to Thursday $160.00/night
Weekly (non-holiday) $1000/week
Weekly (holiday) $1600/week
Spring and Fall $75.00/night
Summer Non-holiday Fri and Sat $170.00/night, Sunday to Thursday $140.00/night
Summer Holiday (Memorial, July 4th and LD) $190.00/night (3 night minimum stay required) - Optional lock off bunk room sleeps 4 more adults. Bunk room charge is $25.00 per night. Cleaning fee for bunk room is an additional $20 for your stay.
