Brockway Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 150 Night ( holidays higher ) $950 Weekly Rate Major Holidays surcharged up to 25%
- Daily rates $150. Holidays higher. $300 security deposit required at time of reservation. Deposit is refunded minus tax of 10% and cleaning of $60.
Unit is lavishly equipped.
It has a glass front fireplace! There are 2 queen beds and a large L shaped sofa that has full sofa bed. You'll find our Sunset Chalet is customized for comfort and extremely well equipped. There is apt. size washer and dryer, dishwasher, bath with shower/tub combination. An automatic entry light for later entry and exits.
The Sunset Chalet is Located only 1/2 mi. from state line casinos. 6 miles to Northstar ski resort and near all North Lake Tahoe attractions.
Please note: We have another newer 3 bdrm, 2 bath home - Tahoe's Sunset Sonata. Home is as fully equipped as the Sunset Chalet .
