- The bedroom has a king size bed that can be converted into 2 full size beds. We can convert the living room into a second bedroom with additional full size blow-up mattress. All of the water on our property comes from the winter rains and so we do not allow more than 2 adults. If you would like to bring a child between the ages of 4 and 12 please notify us and we can discuss an additional charge.
