Buttermilk Falls, a natural gorge with several 'swimming holes' is near our home...great swimming for the entire family. For those that are a bit more daring...there is a rock jump next to the larger falls area that one can jump into a very deep swimming hole. If you are interested in swimming in a truly natural habitat...this should not be missed. Buttermilk falls is only 2 miles away. Our home is a perfect base from which to enjoy the natural beauty of Vermont.
