Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Dec 18 to April 30: $350/nt or $2,250/wk (March 23-30th, Easter week, $3,500/wk);
May 1 to August 30: $325/nt or $2,000/wk;
Sep 1 to Dec 17: $300/nt or $1,850/wk;
Christmas/New Years: $4,550 (One week minimum);
A 50% deposit is required to reserve dates. Balance due 30 days before arrival;
Maid service included 2x per week. Please add 13% sales tax ;
