Our 2 BR, 2.5 Bath Windswept Lakeside Townhouse on Kiawah Island, South Carolina, is appointed with hardwood floors on the first floor, carpet on the second and is professionally decorated. The villa has its own driveway and covered parking under the townhouse with additional parking spaces in front. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with queen size sleeper sofa, entertainment center with TV, CD/DVD player, stereo system, dining room that seats six, powder room and deck overlooking Night Heron Lake. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twins. Each bedroom has a private bath, TV & either DVD player or VCR. This villa is across the street from Kiawah's beautiful 10 mile beach and a short walk to the Night Heron Park, Bike Shop, Nature Center, East Beach Village & the gorgeous Sanctuary hotel. In December 2006 the villa will also have high speed internet access.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $650-1900/Week
  • Rates vary with season and availability: $650 - $1,800 per week plus 11.5% South Carolina accommodations tax.

    Saturday to Saturday rentals only from April through August. September through March daily and long term rates are available; minimum stay two nights.

    Rates are sometimes negotiable.

    Winter 2007: $650/week plus 11.5% tax
    Spring 2008: $1,050-$1,350/ week plus 11.5% tax
    Easter Week 2008 (4/7 - 4/14): $1350/week plus 11.5% tax (holidays higher)
    Summer 2007: $1,500-$1800/week plus 11.5% tax
    Fall 2007: $750-$1100/week plus 11.5% tax
