Amenities:
When you rent from us you are treated as a full Kiawah Island guest. You are able to use their pools and the island shuttle for free. You get Kiawah Island resort guest rates for golf, tennis and other resort activities. Sorry, there is no smoking and no pets. The villa is equipped with a full stereo, VCR, two televisions and beach chairs.
Our rates include the Kiawah Island Amenity Fee.

This villa is 170 yards from the beach. There are several resort pools on the island available for guest use.
Area:
Kiawah Island is just 20 miles from beautiful Charleston, South Carolina and 90 miles from Savannah, GA.
