No hunting allowed on property.
No smoking allowed inside cabin.
$50 nonrefundable deposit required to confirm your reservation. If you cancel your reservation, this fee is not refunded. This $50 fee is applied to your overall stay. Seven day advance cancellation required or you will be charged for your entire stay. - The equivalent of your entire stay is charged 7 days in advance of your arrival date. The credit card on file will also be charged for damages or excessive cleaning, if necessary, upon post-check-out inspection.
