$150 via credit card to our PayPal account to hold the dates while we prepare the rental agreement and await first payment
50% of balance due within 5 days of receipt of rental agreement via check
50% of balance due 30 days prior to arrival via paypal or check
Cancellation Policy:
There are no refunds for cancelled reservations. However, if the rental has been paid in full at the time of the cancellation, any security deposit collected will be refunded.
*We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Please be sure you would like the dates prior to reserving them - we will turn away all other inquiries for those dates once your first deposit is made. - $250 Security/Cleaning deposit (refundable after checkout and inspection).
NO EXTRA HIDDEN FEES! Because we find that so icky and unfriendly. :)
We do NOT charge a cleaning fee but kindly ask that you leave the cabin reasonably picked up/clean. There is a guest arriving after you and we have a very short amount of time to get it ready for them to enjoy! If more than reasonable housekeeping service is required after your stay, part/all of the security deposit may be withheld.
