Fall/Winter - 11/2/13 – 2/12/14; WEEKLY $1800; WKND $1500; Minimum stay - 3 nights - Rates quoted are for rentals for up to 7 persons. This house can sleep a maximum of 8 people but there is an additional charge of $100 per night per person over 7 total for the first 2 nights; $75 per person for all consecutive nights. Charge for additional children under 10 years 50% of above rates if total occupancy exceeds 7. Taxes and housekeeping not included in quoted rates. Additional nightly charge for short term rental during National Holiday (e.g. Memorial Day, President's day weekend) Check availability calendar for shorter term rental nightly rates, 3 night minimum.
Winter Rental available November through April $2500 per month with minimum of 3 month rental + utilities and expenses
