Pescadero Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $250 per night
- $250 per night + tax + $39 damage insurance
(two-night minimum on weekends and three-night minimum on weekdays)
Advance deposit of $250 is required to hold your dates.
($250 deposit will be applied to your total)
Balance of rent is due fifteen (15) days prior to your arrival date.
A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation.
If the Cottage does not meet your expectations when you arrive,
we will refund 100% of your money back to you guaranteed.
