Ascutney Farmhouse Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $120 to $150 per night; 3 night minimum
- 3-night minimum stay
Rates for up to 2 adults:
$120 per night for 3 to 4 nights
$110 per night for 5 to 8 nights
$100 per night for stays 9 to 13nights
$90 per night for stays 14 to 30 nights
$80 per night for stays over 30 nights
Foliage and Holidays: $150 per night
Foliage Season is September 15 to October 15
Holidays are days within 4 days of a Federal Holiday (New Years Day, MLK Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). For rentals of more than 14 days, Holiday Rates are waived.
9% VT Rooms Tax will be added for stays under 31 days.
Additional fee of $20 per night per person for 3rd or 4th guest age 16 and up.
One or two children, under age 16, stay with parents for free.
Weekly housekeeping is included in rental rate. Linens, soap, shampoo are provided.
