Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rate is based on up to 4 persons. Additional fee of $10/person/night applies for groups over 4.

Cleaning Fee - $110
A non-refundable damage waiver of $55 is required which covers accidental damage up to $150. Renters are fully responsible for damages that are deemed negligent or intentional. A signed rental agreement is required to rent the house. The agreement will be sent to you when you make the reservation.
