  Week special-Pay and Stay for 6 nights and 7th day is free
  Discounts for attending students of Ross University School of Medicine.
  
  Deposits
  
  For stays of 3 nights or less full payment is required at the time of booking.
  Credit Cards are accepted we will hold only if payment has been made in advance of booking:
  East Caribbean-XCD-US Dollars or use travellers cheque upon your arrival.
  For 4 nights or more-50 percent deposit at time of booking
• Cancellations
  
  Deposits-see condition's below for details less 5 percent credit card charges
  providing a cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to date of arrival.
  Refunds will be given at the Owners discretion
  
  1. Failure to comply will incur a charge equal to one nights stay.
  2. Failure of cancel by the stated period will result in the non-return of your deposit
  3. Please seek the advertisers consent for pets in the house.
  4. Subject to inspection of the property at check out time. Any person persons renting the cottage
  or any damage caused by animals,at the time of occupation of the property
  will be held responsible for loss or of said damage.
  5. We accept no responsibility for personal loss or injury during your holiday.
  6. NO REFUNDS for REDUCED numbers-or NO SHOWS will be given after the booking has been made.
