- The nightly rate of $350 applies to the main house only. The main house has 2 King bedrooms, 2 full beds and a pull out sofa that sleeps 2 more. There is an additional seperate King Guest Suite with a private bath available for an additional $150 per night. Minimum 4 night rental. Stay with us 7 nights for the price of 5. A cleaning fee of $200 applies to every rental.
