Pool heat is an additional $20 per day. (Optional and recommended October through April)
Cleaning is included in all rentals of 7 or more nights.
Rentals of less than six nights will incur an additional fee for cleaning of $125.
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required to be paid by separate check. - A non-refundable $250 deposit is due at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. The remainder of the rental fees are due 60 days prior to your arrival. Bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival require payment in full at the time of booking.

There is a second separate bath with a large shower cubicle shared by two further downstairs queen bedrooms. Upstairs Queen Size Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two themed bedrooms (Mickie's and Minnie's) with twin beds both have connecting doors into a shared “Jack & Jill” style bathroom. Each bedroom has its own flat screen television with DVD player. The Mickey bedroom has a Mickey TV and DVD player.
