Payment needs to be made by check or cashiers check.
A rental agreement will be mailed/emailed to you to sign and mail back, along with a reservation deposit of $300.00 to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to our total rental amount due. Once your deposit and rental agreement are received, a receipt will be mailed back to you confirming your reservation. The remaining amount is due 60 days before your rental period begins.
Cancellation Policy: If guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the $300 reservation deposit will be refunded as follows:
100% if canceled 60 days prior to the check-in date
0% if canceled less than 60 days prior to the check-in date
NO SMOKING in the vacation rental home.
