Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  To secure a booking 50 percent is paid in advance and the remaining 50 percent must be paid
  upon arrival along with the refundable damage deposit ( US 500,00 ) and
  cleaning fee of US 60,00. Remaining 50 percent and damage deposit MUST BE PAID IN CASH.
  
  Euros and US Dollars are accepted according
  to the daily rate . However, Brazilian Reais is the preferable currency . The upfront 50 percent payment is by bank transfer (BR 115,00 reais charge) or paypal ( 4 percent charge ) .
  
  Minimum 5 day stay .
  Damage deposit returned on check out if no damages are observed.
  
  Bookings of less than 5 nights are sometimes possible(and may be subject to a surcharge), providing there happens to be an appropriate time gap between confirmed bookings.
  We can supply our own named driver with special airport pick up service in an air conditioned car rate of R$ 80 reais. Vans with seats for 8 -12 people cost R 130
• There can be discounts for longer bookings . A one off cleaning bill of US 55 will be added to your bill to cover cleaning costs on your departure.
  
  If you need or wish to secure in advance an early check in or late check out with a guaranteed exclusive use of the apt. there may be a charge of half the daily rate.I do try to be flexible.If, for example, in the case of an earlier check in you are prepared to store your luggage with my doormen until the apt. is vacated and are prepared to allow my cleaning staff to do their job then no charge will be made.
