Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Aug 15 to Jan 15 $ 900.00 week.
Jan 16 to Apr 30 2012 $1825.00 week.
Minimum stay is 2 overnigts/divide weekly rate by 5 for daily rate.

Nonrefundable pet fee if $100 (prorated for weekend stays).
Other fees - $125 cleaning, $40 booking fee, 12$ Tax and $300 refundable deposit.
