Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- June 1 - June 30 -- $1600 week; $250 night; $5800 month
July 1 - 31 -- $2000 week; $300 night; $6300 month
August 1 - 31 -- $1600 week; $250 night; $6300 month
All other months except holidays -- $1450 week; $230 night; $4000 month
Thanksgiving/Chirstmas week -- $1600
All stays add $100 for cleaning; minimum 3 night stay. Prices include all taxes.
