Sunset Beach Studio Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $128.00 USD Per Night
- ACCOMMODATION CHARGES
$128.00 per night + 4.712% General Excise tax & 8.25% Occupancy Tax. ( Total tax 12.96%)

Add $10.00 per night for 3 or more guests.
CLEANING FEE
Cleaning Fee - $100.00 up to a 7 Nights stay: $125.00 8 Nights and over.
TO RESERVE SUNSETPOINT STUDIO
* To Reserve your booking a Reserve/Damage-Security Deposit of $300.00 US Dollar is required. Non-Refundable if booking cancelled 45 days or less.
The requested dates will not be reserved until the deposit is received & cleared.
* No loss or damage to the Studio or contents: A refund check will mailed to back guest within 14 days of check out date.
PAYMENT DETAILS
* 100 % of Total Accommodation Charges including taxes & cleaning fee are due 30 days PRIOR to the first day of check in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations 30 days or less of arrival : 100% of the accommodation payment is retained as cancellation fee. - RATES ARE SUBJECT TO TO CHANGE
We reserve the right to change accommodation rates at any time.
