  • The suite rents for $70 per night based on double occupancy. Each extra person beyond the double occupancy (to a maximum of four guests total) is charged $20 per night. Some flexibility on the extra person rate is possible for multiple small children. The weekly rate is $490 and the monthly rate is $1550. We have a four night minimum stay policy.

    Cleaning fees are $35 for stays under 5 nights and $70 for stays over 5 nights. This cleaning takes place AFTER our guests leave.


    A 50% deposit made via PayPal secures the reservation, with the balance in cash due upon arrival.

    Please look at our calendar regarding availability prior to inquiring. Also, you can check the house out on Google Streetview but the images there are at least three years old and things in the neighbourhood look a lot better now!

Notes: We have a nice Little Tikes play structure in the yard (with climbing features, two slides and a tunnel) plus a Little Tikes playhouse and two swings. It's a big yard! The suite also has two electric heaters for guest use. The washer and dryer is right outside the suite door and laundry supplies are available for short term renters.
