Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $410-425/Night
- To reserve your dates for our house, a $400 security deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due and payable 30 days prior to arrival. If balance is not paid by this time, booking will be automatically cancelled.
For cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival we will refund the deposit less a $100 admin fee.
For cancellations made after 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the rental will be forfeit unless we can re-let the property on the same terms and conditions.
