GBP £1,505 /week (GBP £215 /night) - Minimum booking 7 Nights and 14 nights for holiday seasons.
Optional extras:
- Pool Heat (minimum one week) USD $200 GBP £125 per week
- Spa heat of USD $25 (GBP 15) per week. You have to take the pool heat to have the spa heat (heats to 99 degrees) as the spa works in conjunction with the pool making it a very clean spa
- Plus optional BBQ hire of USD $55 (GBP 35) per week.
25% deposit is required when booking. This is non-refundable .
The balance is required 60 days prior to your arrival at Sterling on Highlands.
To pay by Credit Card a 5 % surcharge will be added to the rental price. Visa & Mastercard are accepted.
A ‘security/damage deposit’ of USD $500 GBP £340 must also be paid in the final installment. This is refundable, and will be returned in full if there is no damage to the house.
