- Rates vary according to time of year, length of stay and number of guests/size of accommodations (1, 2, 3 or 5 Bedrooms) and include linens, towels and toiletries, complimentary food and beverage provisions, and cleaning, concierge and catering services.
Rates do not include 9% Vermont Rooms & Meals Tax and are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
Non-refundable 50% rental deposit, refundable $500 security deposit, and signed rental agreement are required to confirm reservation, with remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival require full payment at time of booking. - Discounted rates are provided for longer stays of 2 weeks or more, early bookings made 6 months or more in advance, and repeat guests.
Discount amounts range from 20-40% off regular rates, depending on length of stay, how far in advance reservation is made, or number of repeat visits.
Discounts cannot be combined and are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
