- The rent is payable in three installments: 20% at reservation, 40% 90 days prior beginning of stay and the balance (40%) one month before arrival.
The use of the heating system will add an additional 15 euros per night.
During high season the house is rented for a minimum duration of 6 days. Preferably stays are from Saturday to Saturday. The house is available on the day of arrival at 3 pm and need to be vacated by 11 am.
The damage deposit of 400.00 euros is payable upon arrival and, assuming no incidents, will be returned shortly at the end of the stay.

Each bedroom has its own closet. The 2nd floor also has a mezzanine with a desk area. Upon your arrival the beds will be made and bathroom linens will be each bedroom. There is a infant cot for babies up to 3 years. Interior decoration includes country antiques, original paintings and exposed beams.
