Bellingham Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $450 Weekly
- We have two seasons. The Garden Season or peak season which starts April 1st and ends September 30th. Rates are $75.00 per night, any night of the week. The rate for a full week is $450.00 a week and for a full month is $1,600.00 the month. We require a non-refundable cleaning deposit.
The Winter Season or off season starts October 1st and ends March 31st.. Rates are $70.00 per night, any night of the week. Weekly rate is $400.00, monthly $1,475.00.
We require a non-refundable cleaning deposit. We do not offer any cleaning service during the rental period. No one will have access to your unit, excluding the owner, and that will be for emergency purposes only.
