Lovely home in a secured community. Just 5 miles to Disney and 1/4 mile to Hwy 192 this is the perfect location to all the parks or attractions. A small playground for children along with a large community pool if you need a larger pool than the private pool provides. And, a 400 acre lake with a very nice fishing pier if anyone likes to fish. Very clean and secure community as we maintain our home(s) in pristine condition. We live close by in case you need anything/

Home is fully furnished, linens supplied, air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, cable T.V. Beds are configured as follows: 1 queen, 4 twins with a queen sleeper sofa. Please, no smoking in the home. Garage door opener with keypad for easy entry.

Activities & Area: Several golf courses near by. 400 acre lake with large community pool. Small children's play area and fishing dock all available for your use. This 3 bedroom Luxury private pool home is located 5 miles from Disney. Very secure area with large community pool, fishing pier, small children's playground, tennis courts also available for your use. This home comes with full amenities...

ll you need to do is bring your personal items and a trip to the supermarket and you are ready for the Disney parks or just sit around the 14 X 30 private pool and enjoy Florida! You won't find a better bargain that this home. Home is well maintained and very clean. Owner will personally meet and greet you. Take care of any needs that might arise. Discounted Disney ticket agent is also available. You will not have to stand in line. Get your tickets before entering the parks and you can avoid the ticket lines.
