Cancellation & Refund Policy:
At time of booking reservation a 50% deposit is required, we accept, PayPal, certfied check and cash, refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival date, less a $25.00 handling fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged in full. If we are able to book another reservation for the same period, we will immediately refund you in full. In the event you do have to cancel we do require you’re cancellation in writing.
