Any damages, excessive cleaning charges, or late departure fees will be deducted from the security deposit. Payment is required 30 days prior to arrival if made with a personal check. The security deposit does not limit your liability. More overnight guests than the maximum of 6 will be cause for eviction and loss of deposit. **Cancellation & Weather: A full refund will be given if reservations are canceled 30 days or more before arrival date.
