Holiday Weekends require a 4-night minimum stay (Thursday - Sunday).

Rental Rates are for 1 - 7 people.
Additional people over 7 is $ 55/person/night and must be pre-approved in advance with owner.
You will have a choice of bringing your own linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels & wash cloths)
or having them provided for you for a $ 100.00 Laundry Fee.
No Pets. Pets are not allowed in the residence. Having an unauthorized pet is a default of your security deposit. - Payment
Our policy is 'first come - first served' regardless of the duration of the stay. Guests are required to pay half of the rental fee, as well as, the refundable security deposit before a confirmed reservation is made. Payment in US funds, by cash, check, or money order. (Checks must clear bank in order to be considered paid, $50 fee to be applied for NSF checks). Reservation Confirmation or returned check will be sent upon receipt. The remaining balance, due in-full, will be collected after your walk through on the day you arrive. (If you are paying your deposit by check, your payment must be received within 7 days to guarantee your reservation).
Security Deposit - Cleaning Fee
Release of the rent deposit is subject to the provisions of State Statues and Greystone Lodge Policies:
A security deposit of $ 500. will be returned within 15 days of departure if there are no damages to the premises, furnishings, or missing items. There is a cleaning fee of $100.
