Indian Shores Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $850 - 1500/Week
- Rates are based on no more than eight guests. A $100.00 per week Deposit is required to hold reservations. Cancellations require 60 days advance notice for refund of deposit (less $20.00 service fee) Weekly rental rates do not include taxes(12%) We have no extra charges for cleaning or administrative charges. Confirmations are guaranteed at the current quoted rates.

Wonderful place to unwind and relax . Beautifully furnished top floor condo, no overhead noise. 1425 Sq Ft of Living space.

We strive for repeat business; come sea why we consider this our home away from home! Great beach for walking and jogging, heated pool in the winter. Miniature golf across the street. Sun Coast Trolley stops right out front. Takes you from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach daily with unlimited stops for one price.
