- An ideal house for families who require flexible bed arrangements for couples and singles. There are two Master Suites: The upstairs suite facing the bay has a King Bed that can also be made up as two twins; the lower floor Master Suite also has a King (or two twins) as well as a day bed for parents who might want a child to sleep in the same room. The third bedroom is located down a spiral staircase located off the family room that offers two additional twin beds. The fourth bedroom adjacent to the family room and back porch has a trundle bed that can sleep either one or two.
