- OUR RATES ARE AT LEAST 20%-50% OFF THE DAILY PUBLISHED RATES OF MGM GRAND FOR THE SIGNATURE JR. SUITE, W/ BALCONY, STRIP VIEW, for the same rental period.
Competitor rates usually start at $200 per day and if you can find another JR. SUITE PENTHOUSE W/ LARGER BALCONY & STRIP VIEW for less, we will MATCH that rate!! Rates vary depending on the local event listing and season. RATES LISTED ABOVE ARE FOR GENERAL PURPOSES FOR BOTH SUITES ONLY-3 DAY STAY MINIMUM - You will receive a written confirmation of your reservation from The Signature at MGM Grand and you can call The Signature to verify the reservation if you desire. Check in time is 3 pm at the front desk and check out is at 11am. Payment can be made by Major Credit card through Paypal. If the total for your visit is less than $1,500.00, a full payment will be required before the reservation will be completed. For all totals of $1,500 or more, we will accept a deposit of half the total charges to secure the reservation with the balance being due 1 month prior to the reservation.
