Refundable Damage Deposit: $300
A 50% deposit and signed lease agreement is required before reservation is confirmed, 50% remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be charged when the remaining 50% of the rental cost comes due. The security deposit is NOT applied toward rent and is fully refundable within 10 to 30 days after departure provided provisions have been met as per the rental agreement.
Payments can be done through checks in U.S. dollars or through PayPal/Credit Card (some conditions apply.)
