Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Summer season: $175 a night.
Winter season: $250 a night.
Holidays: $275 a night, 4 night minimum; Christmas one-week minimum $1925.
Non-holiday weekly (winter $1,600) (summer $1,000)
Plus $150 cleaning fee per rental period. Extra cleaning for dog: $50.
10% TOT Tax.
$250 refundable cleaning/security deposit.
