Winter Park Condo Details
Amenities: There is a pool, hot tub, recreation center, laundry facility at the main building that you will see when you first turn into the Beaver Village Condominium property. Free bus service, is offered with routes that will take you into town or to the ski resort. Each unit has air-conditioning, a fireplace, linens and towels provided, 2 TVs with VCR's, radio/tape player, fully equipped kitchen, queen-size bed in master bedroom, twin beds in second bedroom, queen-size pullout couch in living room. If one of our units is already booked when you contact us, we will reserve the second unit for you! If you have a large group, two units next door to each other may be just what you were looking for!
Activities: In the winter, available by free bus service is a small outdoor skating rink, snow mobile rentals , snow tubing, and of course some of the best skiing in the world. In warmer weather, there is mountain biking, hiking, great fishing, golf and more. We have been told more than once that people came to Winter Park for the winters and stayed because of the summers.
Area: Our condos are within walking distance of 'downtown' Winter Park and five minutes by free shuttle bus to the ski area. Pick up the bus is in the parking area just outside your condo door! Parking is not over abundant at the ski area so the bus is usually easier than taking your own car.
Ski: Enjoy some of the best skiing in the world at Winter Park! There are runs for every level of skier. Take your pick of places to eat a meal or take your own. Lockers are available in the base lodges as well as at Sunspot.
