National holidays & local event festivals/events have 3 night minimum stays and/or holiday rates.;
Pool Heating is optional, and you are charged for only the gas you ACTUALLY use, with an upfront deposit;

JACUZZI HEATING IS FREE!;
Pet Deposit $200 if appropriate (and pet is acceptable);
Summer full months' rent includes $400 for electric usage.;
MANDATORY $145 Cleaning & Supply Fee + $69 Damage Waiver Fee (which replaces a large security deposit) providing a $3,000 zero-deductible insurance policy) + $200 Security Deposit + Palm Springs City tax 11.5% for stays under 28 days.
Certain periods and large groups may be required to have additional security deposits.
