Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $4,200 PER WEEK, $12,500.00 PER MONTH, depending on season and dates of rental;
$1,500 damage/deposit required; returned to renter within 14 days after checkout provided no damage.;
$450 CLEANING FEE. CALL OWNER FOR RATE QUOTE ON SPECIFIC DATES;
Rents and fees are subject to a 6% Teton County Sales Tax plus a 2% Lodging Tax.;
All moneys are due 30 days prior to check-in date. Check with owner for;
Cancellation Policy. We accept VISA and Mastercard.;
We prefer monthly rentals,but will consider one renter per 30 days for a shorter stay,in order to comply with zoning;
