Breckenridge Peak 9 Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $99-295/Night
- All Rates Are Subject to Change. Holiday weekends may require higher nightly rates and minimum stays. Add Lodging Tax of 11.675%, a $65 cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit to every reservation. Visa /Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted.
To make your reservation today, we ask for a 50% deposit and the other 50% thirty days prior to your arrival. Call us at (970)282-1839 to make a reservation. We need the dates requested for your reservation, your name, email, phone number and billing address with each reservation. - Our Cancellation Policy is if for any reason you should need to cancel your reservation, there is a $100.00 Cancellation Fee. If the cancellation occurs before sixty days prior to your scheduled arrival, your initial deposit less the cancellation fee will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within sixty days of your arrival, all monies paid toward the reservation will be retained unless the unit can be rented for the same dates and number of days of your entire reservation. If the unit is re-rented during your original reservation, your full deposit, less the cancellation fee, will be returned.
