Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Fall(Oct 12-November 23): $800 weekend; $1300/week
Winter(Nov 1-Feb 28): $1200/weekend; $2200/week; $7500/month
Spring(March 1-pre Memorial Day): $750/weekend; $1300/week
Summer(Memorial Day to Columbus Day weekend): $1200/weekend; $2000/week; $7000/mo
+$200 for extra night (eg. three night weekend - Fri check-in, Mon check-out)

Refundable security deposit required. Amount TBD based on time and length of stay.
