Payment is due in full at arrival.
For reservations made within 15 days of arrival, the full payment is required upon signing and returning the Vacation Agreement.
The security deposit will be returned to the client within 5 business days provided that the property and its equipment are in satisfactory condition as determined by the agent. - Payment Options: Money Order, Cashier's Check, Wire Transfer or personal check (if 30 days prior to arrival).
Cancellation Policy: Lessee has 3 calendar days after effective date to cancel the Vacation Agreement with full refund of Vacation Deposit. Cancellation at any time after will result in forfeiture of Vacation Deposit and other payments made. All cancellations must be in writing.
Sanitation Fee: if you wish to utilize the outdoor jacuzzi, there is a sanitation fee of $125.00
