All of the following Tahoe Donner Association facilities are available to our renters. A restaurant, 2 golf courses, driving range, equestrian center, campground, Marina, Private Beach, fitness center, tennis courts, two pools (1 adult lap pool) and two outdoor spas: one for families at 98 degrees and one for adults set at a higher temperature of 102. All of these facilities are about 1 to 3 miles away from the home. Cable & Telephone and Internet Connetions is all ready to go, Two forced air natural gas furnace heat (upstairs & downstairs), microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher, gas stove, Large jet Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Deck off the master and living room, Washer/Dryer. built-in desk, two walk-in closets, 2 car garage with room for 5 additional vehicles in the driveway.
Golf, Driving Range, Tennis, Shopping, Swimming, Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Hunting, Wildlife viewing, Horseback riding, Water skiing, Boating, River Rafting, Downhill skiing and Cross Country skiing. (Squaw Valley, Alpine, Northstar Ski, Donner Ski Ranch, Boreal Resorts) 25 minutes from the 'Lake' (Lake Tahoe), 5 Minutes from Donner Lake. 5 Minutes from downtown Truckee.
